Lead Rescue

Overview

Lead Rescue is a feature that helps you quickly identify and prioritize high-value leads that are at risk of being lost. It flags leads that meet specific criteria so your team can focus on the opportunities most likely to convert with timely follow-up.

How It Works

Lead Rescue automatically flags certain leads as rescuable when they meet all of the following criteria:

  • The lead is high value

  • The lead is still open

  • The lead has been called, but has not signed yet

Rescuable leads are typically strong potential clients who are actively comparing options or whose initial call experience suggests they may need follow-up to move forward.

Eve prioritizes leads based on two main signals: lead value and how the lead has been handled so far. In plain terms: if a lead has been contacted but has not signed, and the opportunity value is high enough, Eve will surface it so your team can follow up quickly.

Rescuable leads appear in a dedicated Lead Rescue (or Priority) tab on your Leads page. This tab is designed to make it easy to focus on the leads most likely to convert with timely outreach.

When you open a rescuable lead record, you can review the rationale shown at the top of the lead overview. This section explains the key factors that caused Eve to flag the lead as a priority.

Key Terms

  • Rescuable Lead: A high-value lead that is still open, has been called, but has not signed yet. These leads are flagged by Eve as priorities for follow-up.

  • Lead Rescue Tab: A dedicated section on your Leads page where all rescuable leads are displayed for easy access and prioritization.
