Eve Usage Dashboard
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Overview
The Usage Dashboard shows a firm how it is using Eve: how many matters have been created and closed, which matters are being worked on, and how individual people are adopting it.
It is a Firm Admin exclusive page. Open it from the sidebar, or from the link on the Billing page.
The Three Tables
Matter Creation Over Time. When matters were created and closed. This is the one that matters for contract alignment.
Matter Activity. Which matters are actively being worked on.
User Activity. How individual people are adopting Eve.
Columns can be hidden to narrow the view. The metric categories themselves are fixed.
Finding Matters That Should Not Count
Duplicates, test matters, and pilots all count against the contract until they are removed. The dashboard is where they are found, usually in Matter Creation Over Time. If you find matters that should be deleted, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information.
How It Relates to Billing
The Billing page shows the matter count against the contract. This dashboard is the detail behind that number, and Billing links here when subscription details are enabled. See 📄 In-Product Billing.
What the Dashboard Does Not Do
It is not visible to Users. Firm Admins only, and only Firm Admins receive utilization notifications.
The metrics cannot be changed. Columns hide, categories do not.
It does not remove anything. Finding a duplicate here is the first step, not the fix.
