How to Reset Your Password in Eve

Overview

This article shows you how to reset your password if you've forgotten it or need to change it. You'll use the Forgot Password option on the Eve login page to receive a reset link via email.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the email address associated with your Eve account

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Eve Login Page — Go to app.eve.legal in your web browser. You should see the login screen with fields for your email and password.

  2. Click Forgot Password — Below the password field, click the "Forgot Password" link. This will take you to the password reset request page.

  3. Enter Your Email Address — Type the email address associated with your Eve account and submit the form. You should see a confirmation message that a reset link has been sent.

  4. Check Your Email for the Reset Link — Open your email inbox and look for a password reset email from Eve. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders.

  5. Click the Reset Link — Click the password reset link in the email. This will take you to a page where you can create a new password.

  6. Create Your New Password — Enter a new password that meets these requirements:

- At least 8 characters long

- At least 3 special characters

- At least 1 letter

- At least 1 number

Confirm your new password by entering it again, then submit. You should be redirected to the Eve login page.

  1. Log In with Your New Password — Use your email address and new password to log into Eve. You should now have access to your account.
