How to Set Up Smart Advocate Lead Sync in Eve
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Overview
This article explains how to set up Smart Advocate Lead Sync so Eve sends new leads into SmartAdvocate as cases. You'll connect your SmartAdvocate account and choose how new cases and notes are created.
Prerequisites
The SmartAdvocate CMS integration is already set up — this must be in place before lead sync can be configured (Eve helps with this during setup).
Smart Advocate Lead Sync enabled for your firm (set up by Eve).
Your SmartAdvocate URL and login credentials.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Connect to SmartAdvocate — Provide your SmartAdvocate URL and login credentials to connect Eve to your SmartAdvocate account.
Set the case status for new leads — Choose the SmartAdvocate status Eve applies when the voice agent creates a new case (used when the caller doesn't already have an open case).
Choose the intake note type — Select the SmartAdvocate note type Eve uses for the intake note, where it writes the lead score and reasoning.
Set transcript writeback (optional) — Decide whether Eve pushes the call transcript to SmartAdvocate. If you turn it on, also provide the transcript document category, sub-category, and (optionally) folder.
Save your settings — Save to apply the configuration. New voice-agent leads will then create cases in SmartAdvocate automatically.
