How to Connect Dialpad to Eve

Overview

This article explains how a firm connects Dialpad to Eve so call recordings are pulled in automatically, creating leads from new intakes and associating calls to leads and matters by phone number. The Dialpad integration is currently in Beta. Setup is self-service once Eve has enabled it for your firm.

Prerequisites

  • The Dialpad integration has been enabled for your firm by Eve (handled during setup).

  • Office-wide automatic call recording is enabled for your Dialpad account.

  • The user authorizing the integration has the Dialpad Company Admin role. You can confirm roles in your Dialpad account settings; only an existing Company Admin can grant the role to another user.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Authenticate with Dialpad — A Dialpad Company Admin authenticates through Eve's intake settings page.

  2. Pull your data into Eve — Once authenticated, connect with two clicks to begin pulling call recordings into Eve.
