Clio Grow Integration

Overview

The Clio Grow integration sends each new lead created by Eve's voice agent into Clio Grow as an Inbox Lead.

It exists so an intake team that works in Clio Grow sees every voice-agent lead where they already are, with enough context to act and a link back to Eve for the rest.

What Gets Sent, and When

• What. One new Clio Grow Inbox Lead per new lead handled by the voice agent. Leads and calls created by a phone system integration are not sent.

• When. Automatically, before the warm transfer where there is one, otherwise shortly after the call ends.

• Contents. The lead score, a short summary, and a link back to Eve for the full transcript and recording.

A lead signed through the voice agent during the live call arrives with a SIGNED VIA EVE VOICE AGENT prefix on the message. That applies only to a signature captured during the call, not one that happens afterwards.

What This Integration Does Not Do

• It creates, it does not update. An existing Clio Grow lead is never modified by Eve, so anything that changes after the push has to be updated by hand.

• The message content is fixed. There is no customization of what the Inbox Lead says.

• It does not cover phone system leads. Only the voice agent feeds this integration.

• Nothing comes back. Work done in Clio Grow after the lead lands is invisible to Eve.
