Clio Grow Integration

Overview

The Clio Grow integration automatically sends each new lead created by Eve's voice agent into Clio Grow as an Inbox Lead. It gives intake teams that work in Clio Grow a copy of every new voice-agent lead, with key context and a link back to Eve.

How It Works

• What syncs. Eve creates a new Clio Grow Inbox Lead for each new lead handled by the voice agent. Leads and calls created by your phone system integration are not sent to Clio Grow.

• When it syncs. The lead is created automatically — before the warm transfer if there is one, otherwise shortly after the call ends.

• What's in the lead. Each Clio Grow message includes the lead score, a short summary, and a link back to Eve where staff can open the full context (transcript, recording, and more).

• Signed leads. If the lead was signed through Eve's voice agent during the live call, the Clio Grow message starts with a “SIGNED VIA EVE VOICE AGENT” prefix. This applies only to leads signed during the call, not afterward.

• Create-only. Eve only creates new Inbox Leads; it does not update existing Clio Grow leads, and the message content is not customizable.
