Lead Scoring
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Overview
Lead scoring is an Eve feature that automatically assigns a score to each new lead so your firm can quickly see which leads are most worth pursuing. Eve's AI evaluates each lead from the intake call and case details, assigns a score, and provides a rationale for it. Lead scoring is part of Eve's intake intelligence, alongside case type classification and the insights dashboard.
How It Works
AI-powered scoring. Eve's scoring engine encodes how experienced firms assess cases and applies that to each lead, producing a score and a written rationale.
Based on your firm's criteria. Eve comes with well-tested default scoring criteria out of the box. Criteria can be tailored to your firm — you share how your firm evaluates cases (for example, your existing scoring guidelines or case priorities) with Eve, and Eve adapts the scoring accordingly.
Helps you prioritize. Because every lead gets a score and a rationale, your team can focus on the highest-value leads first.
