Lead Scoring

Overview

Lead scoring is an Eve feature that automatically assigns a score to each new lead so your firm can quickly see which leads are most worth pursuing. Eve's AI evaluates each lead from the intake call and case details, assigns a score, and provides a rationale for it. Lead scoring is part of Eve's intake intelligence, alongside case type classification and the insights dashboard.

How It Works

  • AI-powered scoring. Eve's scoring engine encodes how experienced firms assess cases and applies that to each lead, producing a score and a written rationale.

  • Based on your firm's criteria. Eve comes with well-tested default scoring criteria out of the box. Criteria can be tailored to your firm — you share how your firm evaluates cases (for example, your existing scoring guidelines or case priorities) with Eve, and Eve adapts the scoring accordingly.

  • Helps you prioritize. Because every lead gets a score and a rationale, your team can focus on the highest-value leads first.

Key Terms

  • Lead score: The value Eve assigns to a lead to indicate how worth pursuing it is.

  • Scoring rationale: Eve's written explanation of why a lead received its score.

  • Scoring criteria: The guidelines Eve uses to score leads, which can be tailored to your firm.
