Overview

Visits Timeline Editability lets you directly edit, add, and exclude visits in a medical overview's visits timeline. Previously the visit data Eve extracted from records was read-only; now you have full control to correct details, add visits the records missed, and remove visits that aren't relevant to the case. Your changes flow through to the rest of the case—chat, drafted documents, the treatment calendar, and DOCX exports.

How It Works

You can edit any field on a visit, add visits the records didn't capture, and exclude visits that aren't relevant. Editable fields include:

  • Dates

  • Provider

  • Practitioner

  • Visit category

  • Summary

  • Complaints and limitations

  • Exam findings

  • Treatments during the visit

  • Recommended treatment plan

Added, edited, and excluded visits are reflected throughout the case—in chat and drafted documents, the treatment calendar, and DOCX exports.

Change tracking: an edited visit shows the editor's initials next to the visit category. Opening that change log shows what changed, when, and by whom, and you can revert to any previous version.

Source links: editing a visit preserves its original source link and adds an indicator that the record was manually modified, including who made the change. Visits you create yourself have no linked source documents, so their references section is empty.

Missing bill and record detection: user-created visits feed into Eve's missing bill and record detection, so a visit you add can still be flagged when it has no corresponding bill.

Regenerating the overview: when you upload new documents and Eve regenerates the medical overview, your edits are matched by an underlying record ID and preserved.

  • Visits timeline: The chronological list of medical visits in a medical overview, available in both timeline view and table view.

  • Excluded visit: A visit you've marked as not relevant; it stays visible but crossed out and is left out of case knowledge, the treatment calendar, and exports until you re-include it.

  • Change log: A visit's edit history, opened from the editor's initials, showing what changed, when, and by whom—with the option to revert to a previous version.

  • User-created visit: A visit you add manually; it has no linked source documents but still feeds Eve's missing bill and record detection.
