Eve Scribe

Overview

Eve Scribe is a desktop app that transcribes a firm's calls and pushes the call data into Eve as leads or matters. It lets staff capture call audio on their own computer and send the transcript to the right lead or matter in Eve. Eve Scribe is currently in Alpha.

How It Works

• What it captures. Scribe records your computer's system audio output together with your system-defined microphone input.

• Assigning calls. Before ending a call, you assign it to an existing lead or matter (or create a new one) so the transcript lands on the right record.

• Sending to Eve. When the call ends, the transcript is sent to the lead or matter you assigned it to.

• Access. Eve Scribe is distributed during onboarding — Eve provides a download link for the firm to install it.

Key Terms

• System audio output: What your computer plays — including the other side of a call — which Scribe records.

• System-defined input: Your computer's selected microphone, which Scribe records alongside system audio.
