Overview

Ask Eve in chat for a spreadsheet, and Eve builds an Excel workbook with formulas and formatting and saves it to Drafts.

Steps

  1. Open the matter and the chat.

  2. Ask Eve for a spreadsheet. For example: "Put the medical bills in a spreadsheet by provider and date."

  3. Open the workbook from Drafts.

  4. Click Download to keep working in Excel.

Tips

  • Say how to organize the data. Naming the columns or grouping, such as by provider and date, gives a more useful workbook.

  • Check the figures. Compare totals and key amounts against the records in the matter before relying on the spreadsheet.
