Overview

SmartAdvocate Lead Sync sends Eve leads into SmartAdvocate as cases, so intake staff have the context without leaving SmartAdvocate.

It runs one way. Eve sends into SmartAdvocate, and nothing comes back.

What Happens Depends on Where the Lead Came From

  • A voice-agent lead creates a new case. When the voice agent takes an intake call, Eve creates a SmartAdvocate case in the starting status the firm chose during onboarding.

  • A phone system lead adds to an existing case. Eve does not create a case for these. Where a matching case already exists, the lead score and summary are added to it. Where there is no match, nothing is pushed and staff create the case themselves.

Either way the send is automatic: at the handoff on a warm transfer, or shortly after the call ends.

What Eve Sends

  • Case details: the client's contact details, case type, intake date, an AI case summary, and a link back to Eve.

  • A case note holding the lead score from 0 to 100, the reasoning behind it, and a short summary. A lead signed during the call has the note prefixed Lead signed via Eve voice agent.

  • A case contact, where the caller is not the client.

  • The full transcript as a case document, optionally.

What This Integration Does Not Do

  • It fills in case details once, at creation. Eve does not later change the client name, phone, or case type, so a correction made in Eve afterwards does not reach SmartAdvocate.

  • It does not duplicate a case when the same person calls back.

  • Nothing flows back into Eve. Status changes, matter IDs, attorney assignments, and staff updates in SmartAdvocate are invisible to Eve.

  • It is not the same as the SmartAdvocate write-back, which pushes reviewed medical and billing data and is a separate, confirmed action.
