Smart Advocate Lead Sync

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Overview

Smart Advocate Lead Sync is a one-way integration that sends Eve leads into SmartAdvocate as cases, so intake staff have the context they need without leaving SmartAdvocate. Information flows in one direction only — Eve sends data into SmartAdvocate, and nothing flows back into Eve.

How It Works

  • Voice-agent leads create new cases. When the voice agent takes a new intake call, Eve creates a new SmartAdvocate case in the starting status your firm chose during onboarding.

  • Phone system leads add to an existing case. For a phone system call, Eve does not create a new case. If a matching case already exists, Eve adds the lead score and summary to it; if there's no match, nothing is pushed and staff create the case themselves.

  • When it sends. Automatically — as the call is handed off on a warm transfer, or otherwise shortly after the call ends.

  • What Eve sends. Each case includes the client's contact details, case type, intake date, an AI case summary, and a link back to Eve; a case note with the lead score (0–100), reasoning, and a short summary (prefixed “Lead signed via Eve voice agent” if signed during the call); a case contact when the caller isn't the client; and, optionally, the full transcript as a case document.

  • Create-once. Eve fills in case details only when the case is created — it won't later change the client name, phone, or case type, and it won't duplicate a case if the same person calls back.

  • One-way only. Nothing flows from SmartAdvocate back into Eve — Eve doesn't see status changes, matter IDs, attorney assignments, or other staff updates.

Key Terms

  • Case: The record Eve creates (or adds to) in SmartAdvocate for a lead.

  • Starting status: The SmartAdvocate status a new Eve-created case begins in, chosen by the firm during onboarding.
