How to Connect Lead Docket to Eve

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Overview

This article explains how to connect LeadDocket to Eve so new leads from Eve's voice agent are pushed into LeadDocket as opportunities automatically. You'll set up an integration endpoint in LeadDocket, then paste its URL into Eve.

Prerequisites

  • A LeadDocket account with admin access to Manage → Integrations.

  • The LeadDocket integration enabled for your firm (set up by Eve).

  • No other lead management integration connected in Eve — only one can be active at a time.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Create an integration in LeadDocket — In LeadDocket, go to Manage → Integrations, click “Add New,” choose a type such as “Answering Service,” and name it (for example, “Voice AI”).

  2. Set a Security Key — Click Edit on the new integration and set the “Security Key” field to a random, secure string (you can generate one at uuidgenerator.net). This is optional in LeadDocket but should always be set.

  3. Add the five required fields — Confirm these fields are set with Accept Data = Yes, with names matching exactly: First (First Name), Last (Last Name), Phone (Phone), Email (Email), and Summary (Summary). Then save the integration.

  4. Copy the integration URL — Back in Manage → Integrations, click “Definitions” on your integration and copy the JSON POST URL (the second URL listed). It looks like https://firmname.leaddocket.com/opportunities/formjson/77?apikey=xxxxxxxx.

  5. Connect LeadDocket in Eve — In Eve, go to Settings → Integrations, find the Lead management system card, click Connect, choose LeadDocket, paste the integration URL, and Save. The card shows “Connected.”

  6. Test it end-to-end (optional) — Place a test voice-AI call that should create a lead, then confirm a new opportunity appears in LeadDocket with the first and last name, phone, email, and a Summary containing the lead score, summary, and link back to Eve.
