Lead Docket Integration

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Overview

The Lead Docket integration automatically pushes each new lead created by Eve's voice agent into your LeadDocket account as a new opportunity. It gives intake teams that work in LeadDocket a copy of every new voice-agent lead, with key context.

How It Works

  • What syncs. Eve creates a new LeadDocket opportunity for each new voice-agent lead. Leads and calls created by your phone system integration are not sent.

  • When it syncs. The opportunity is created automatically — before the warm transfer if there is one, otherwise shortly after the call ends.

  • What's in the opportunity. Eve fills five fields: First, Last, Email (if available), Phone, and a Summary containing the lead score, a short summary, and a link back to Eve.

  • Signed leads. If the lead was signed through Eve's voice agent during the live call, the Summary begins with a “Lead signed via Eve voice agent” line. This applies only to leads signed during the call, not afterward.

  • Create-only. Eve pushes each lead once and does not update existing opportunities. The fields sent are fixed and not customizable.

  • One integration at a time. Only one lead management integration can be active at a time, so LeadDocket can't be connected while another (such as Salesforce or Clio Grow) is connected.

Key Terms

  • Opportunity: The lead record Eve creates in LeadDocket.

  • Integration URL (JSON POST URL): The LeadDocket endpoint URL, including an API key, that Eve posts new opportunities to.
