Before You Start — Diagnosis

Confirm the following before attempting any fixes:

  • You had previously excluded items or edited ledger values in the Medical Overview

  • You re-ran the Medical Overview after uploading new documents or making other changes

  • The ledger now shows different values or previously excluded items are visible again

  • You can access the change history and audit log for the ledger to verify what edits existed

  5. Click the change log icon to view the full edit history and confirm your previous changes are recorded

Possible Cause: Underlying Document Data Changed Significantly

Cause: When you re-run the Medical Overview and the underlying medical document data has changed significantly (such as new OCR results, corrected provider names, or restructured bill data), Eve may not be able to map your previous edits and exclusions to the new data structure.
