Before You Start — Diagnosis

Confirm the following before attempting any fixes:

  • You have run a Medical Overview in the Matter and see a red notification indicating missing records

  • The missing document flag appears in the visits breakdown view

  • You believe the flagged missing bill or record actually exists in the Matter or should not be flagged

Cause: Eve's Medical Overview feature is designed to surface potential gaps in documentation even when there is some uncertainty, to ensure you don't miss critical records or bills. This means occasional false positives may appear where a document is flagged as missing but actually exists or is not required.

Steps:

  1. Review the flagged visit in the visits breakdown view to confirm whether the document is truly missing

  2. Check your Matter files in Eve and your connected CMS to verify if the bill or record exists
