Eve Support Contact Methods
Last updated: August 25, 2026
You're never stuck for long. Here's where to go.
Overview
Every new tool comes with questions — that's normal, not a sign you're doing something wrong. Eve has a few different ways to get help, depending on what you need and how urgent it is. This article walks through each one, so you always know where to go first.
Self-Serve: Knowledge Base
Best for: quick how-to questions, anytime, no waiting.
The Knowledge Base is the fastest option for most questions — how a feature works, what a limitation means, step-by-step instructions for a task. It's searchable directly from inside Eve, and it's available 24/7.
Before reaching out to a live person, a quick KB search often gets you the answer in under a minute — especially for "how do I..." questions.
In-App Live Chat
Best for: real-time help during business hours.
If you need to talk something through with a person, live chat is available directly inside Eve, staffed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central. Outside those hours, the chat window is still there for Knowledge Base search and ticket submission — you just won't have an agent on the other end in real time until staffed hours resume.
Submit a Ticket
Best for: non-urgent issues, or anything outside live chat hours.
You can submit a ticket anytime, whether or not live chat is staffed. There are two forms depending on what you need:
Technical Support — product issues, bugs, questions about how something works
Billing — anything related to your account, invoices, or subscription
Submitting either one creates a tracked support ticket, so nothing gets lost — you'll hear back even if you submit outside business hours.
Best for: when you'd rather not use the in-app tools, or need a written record.
You can also reach the support team directly at support@eve.legal.
Your Customer Success Manager
Best for: account-level questions, strategic guidance, or anything specific to your firm's setup.
Beyond day-to-day product questions, your firm has a dedicated Customer Success Manager — your point of contact for anything account-specific: onboarding progress, firm-wide configuration, training needs, or general strategic questions about how your firm is using Eve. If you're not sure whether something's a quick support question or a bigger-picture conversation, your CSM is a good place to start.
💡 Handy Tip: Quick product question? Try the Knowledge Base or live chat first. Bigger-picture question about your firm's setup or strategy? That's exactly what your CSM is there for.
