This update marks something bigger than a feature release — it's the beginning of EveOS. The first version of Eve made your team faster: draft faster, review faster, get through the work. EveOS is the next chapter: a platform designed to run a plaintiff firm end-to-end, where your case data, your research, your tasks, and your documents all live in one place and actually work together. The features releasing this month are the first wave of that vision, and they're in your account today.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Eve Research
    Case law, statutes, regulations, medical literature, business filings, and web search — all native inside Eve. Research is jurisdiction-aware and citation-verified, and it lives directly in the matter you're already working in. No tab-switching, no uploading documents you just had to find somewhere else.

  • Communication Agents
    Every treatment check-in, claim status check, and records follow-up that your team doesn't have time to make — Eve makes it. Communication Agents run client and provider conversations across your entire caseload without anyone on your team having to pick up the phone. Your clients stay updated, your records keep moving, and your team stays focused on the work that actually needs them.

  • Intake Signing
    Every minute between the end of an intake call and a signed retainer is a window for your lead to sign with another firm. Intake Signing closes it — Eve can get a retainer signed before the call ends, at any hour, without a staff member required. Firms using Intake Signing are capturing 1.5x more qualified leads.

  • Notes & Tasks (Beta)
    Add notes directly to a case and Eve holds onto them — so when you come back to that matter later, the context is already there and Eve can reference it. Tasks give you a full view of your work across your entire caseload in one place, with assignees and due dates, so nothing gets buried or dropped.

  • Document Preparation (Beta)
    Bates stamping, redaction, and form filling — handled with a single plain-English prompt in chat. Point Eve at the right files, describe what you need, and get production-ready output without any manual prep. This feature is currently in beta, so we'd love your feedback as you try it.
