Phone System Integrations
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Overview
Phone system integrations connect a firm's existing phone system to Eve so that incoming calls are automatically pulled into Eve, turned into leads where they represent potential new business, and run through Eve's intake intelligence. They give a firm a single, complete view of its intake engine without changing how calls come in. Several integrations are currently in Beta.
How It Works
When a phone system is integrated, Eve runs each call through the same pipeline:
Pull and classify. Eve pulls calls in from the connected phone system and classifies them.
Create leads. Calls that represent potential new business for the firm are turned into leads.
Run intake intelligence. New leads are run through Eve's intake intelligence — lead scoring, lead rescue, and more — just like leads from any other source.
Supported phone systems:
Zoom Contact Center
Spectrum VOIP
Five9
Zoom Phone (Beta)
RingCentral DX (Beta)
Dialpad (Beta)
CallHarbor (Beta)
3CX (Beta)
Setup steps differ by system — see the setup guide for your phone system.
Identifying phone-created leads: Leads created through a phone system integration are marked with an icon, so you can tell at a glance which leads came from a connected phone system.
