Intake Intelligence

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Overview

Intake Intelligence is a feature that automatically scores new leads, classifies them by case type, and provides performance insights to help your team prioritize opportunities. It combines the information captured during intake with proven criteria to evaluate lead quality and organize incoming cases for faster routing and better decision-making.

How It Works

Intake Intelligence operates through three core components that work together during and after the intake process:

Lead Scoring

Each lead receives an automatically generated quality score based on the information captured during intake combined with proven evaluation criteria. The score helps your team identify which leads represent the best opportunities. Alongside each score, you can review the key factors that influenced the result so your intake team can act with confidence and understand why a lead received a particular rating.

Case Type Classification

Leads are automatically grouped into the appropriate case types based on the details provided during intake. This classification enables faster routing to the right attorney or team and improves reporting accuracy. If your firm already has an established list of case types, Eve can use that list to classify new leads consistently with your existing structure.

Insights Dashboard

The dashboard provides visibility into lead quality, volume trends, outcomes, and individual performance across your intake team. You can view charts showing lead volume over time, lead score trends over time, and score breakdowns by case type. Operational metrics include new leads, matters created, lead recoveries, and average call duration. The dashboard also includes a sortable view of intake specialist performance to compare results across the team.

Key Terms

  • Lead Score: An automatically assigned quality rating for each new lead based on intake information and evaluation criteria.

  • Case Type Classification: The automatic grouping of leads into appropriate case categories for routing and reporting.

  • Lead Recovery: A lead that was initially not retained but later became a matter.

  • Insights Dashboard: A performance and analytics view that tracks lead quality, volume, outcomes, and intake team metrics.

Customization Options

Intake Intelligence can be customized at different levels depending on your firm's needs. Common customization options include adjusting scoring rules by case type and aligning case type classifications to your firm's existing case type list. If your firm already has a list of case types, you can share it with Eve support and the system will use it to classify new leads consistently with your internal structure.
